1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phttt website at https://phttt.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all users of the phttt platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

Your continued use of the phttt platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms at any point, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account by contacting customer support.

• Single Account: Each individual may register only one (1) account with phttt. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account limits is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Financial Responsibility: You must be financially capable of sustaining any losses incurred through gaming activities. Gaming involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose deposited funds.

3. Account Registration

Account registration is mandatory to access phttt's gaming services. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and valid government-issued identification details. phttt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, payment methods, or financial transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, even if unauthorized access occurs due to your negligence. You must immediately notify phttt customer support if you suspect unauthorized account access or security breaches.

4. Account Security

Account security is a shared responsibility between phttt and the player. phttt implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, session timeouts, and fraud detection systems. However, players must also take reasonable precautions to protect their accounts.

Security Requirements: Players must use strong, unique passwords containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Passwords must not be shared with any third party, including family members, friends, or customer service representatives. phttt will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or phone.

Players are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login features where available. Regular password updates are recommended every ninety (90) days. Players must log out of their accounts after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

Any suspected security breaches, unauthorized transactions, or fraudulent activity must be reported to phttt customer support immediately. phttt will investigate all reported incidents but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to compromised credentials resulting from player negligence.

5. Deposits & Payments

phttt accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PESONet, over-the-counter bank transfers, 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosks, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank. All deposit transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways compliant with Philippine Central Bank regulations.

Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier. Standard accounts have a maximum single deposit limit of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP 50,000) per transaction. Higher limits are available for verified and VIP accounts.

Deposits are typically credited to player accounts instantly for GCash, Maya, and online banking transfers. Over-the-counter bank deposits may take up to two (2) hours to process during banking hours. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to a player account, except in cases of duplicate transactions, system errors, or unauthorized transactions verified through official investigation. Refund requests must be submitted to customer support with supporting documentation within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

6. Withdrawals & Payouts

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance, including deposited funds and winnings, subject to identity verification, wagering requirements, and anti-money laundering compliance checks. Withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and direct bank transfers to Philippine bank accounts.

Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to twelve (12) hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours on business days. PESONet transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Twenty Thousand Pesos (PHP 20,000) may require additional verification and manual approval, extending processing times up to seventy-two (72) hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending submission of required documents. phttt reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, and additional identification for large withdrawals or suspicious activity.

Withdrawal fees apply as follows: withdrawals under One Thousand Pesos (PHP 1,000) incur a Fifty Peso (PHP 50) processing fee. Withdrawals between PHP 1,000 and PHP 10,000 incur a PHP 100 fee. Withdrawals above PHP 10,000 are processed free of charge for verified accounts. VIP members receive fee waivers on all withdrawals.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

phttt offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the respective promotion's terms page.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from twenty (20x) to forty (40x) times the bonus amount plus deposit amount. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires PHP 30,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%. Live dealer games may contribute 5-15%. Video poker and certain excluded games contribute 0%. Players should review game contribution percentages before accepting bonuses.

Random Number Generation: All casino games, slots, and RNG-based games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • Underage Gaming: Allowing minors to access or use your account.
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Account suspension may be temporary pending investigation or permanent if violations are confirmed. During suspension, players cannot access their accounts, place bets, or request withdrawals. Funds held in suspended accounts remain subject to investigation and potential forfeiture if violations are substantiated.

Players whose accounts are terminated for violations forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings. phttt may withhold funds pending completion of investigations, regulatory reporting, or legal proceedings. 12. Intellectual Property Rights

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phttt platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content or software on the platform without express written permission.

Unauthorized use of phttt's intellectual property, including unauthorized reproduction of logos, game content, or promotional materials, may result in legal action and liability for damages.

13. Limitation of Liability

phttt's total liability to any player for all claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the six (6) months preceding the claim or Ten Thousand Pesos (PHP 10,000), whichever is lower.

phttt is not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyber-attacks, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Dispute Resolution

Players are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably by contacting phttt customer support. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with detailed explanation of the issue, supporting evidence, and desired resolution.

phttt will investigate all formal complaints and respond within fourteen (14) business days. If disputes cannot be resolved through direct communication, players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR's Player Protection Department.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising from use of phttt services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

15. Changes to Terms

phttt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the phttt platform. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of updates.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to players via email or platform notifications. Continued use of phttt services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
